Affective AI provides real-time sentiment analysis for voice communications. Our platform analyses tone, emotion, and engagement during calls to provide actionable insights.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be 18 years or older to use this service
• One person or legal entity per account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Affective AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
